GESS International is pleased to have most recently completed a search for the Country Manager for the industry leader in floating solutions for precision manufacturing environment. The company develops and manufactures conveying, handling and processing systems for the Flat Panel Display and Photovoltaic manufacturing industries. Their non-contact systems provide customers with increased yield, higher throughput, lower cost of ownership and reduced capital expenses.

GESS has engaged and presented a slate of candidates over a period of 30 days. In competition with other recruiting companies, GESS established a list of direct-recruited candidates not on the market, presented that slate of candidates and the client moved towards final selection.

The client technology represents a quantum improvement over previous "push-pull" technology. They have a bright future in the Japanese manufacturing market ripe for next generation components. We are proud to have been a part of this success.
