I) FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Location: Saitama/ Tochigi Prefecture

Industry: Device IC/ Materials

The controller will responsible for all financial and accounting responsibilities in this company of over 1000 people inside the Japanese market. The HQ for operations and the manufacturing?facility are located at the same site.

The person needs to　have a good history of controlling and reporting for a large entity within the Japanese market or overseas. They are willing to look at candidates who are somewhat junior in their experience, but? have potential and a track record to handle this position. Previous cost accounting experience and reporting for foreign company inside the Japanese market.

Salary is flexible, full relocation allowance and housing subsidy for the right candidate.

II) CHINA SALES DIRECTOR

Location: Shanghai/ Hong Kong
Industry: Device IC

An exclusive position inside one of the largest memory suppliers in China, but recently moved into the area of wireless access. Total sales turnover is about US 600,000,000 and sales inside China about US$ 200,000,000. The　candidate will be responsible for all sales in Greater China region. This person should also be able to take over either the role of Country General Manager or APAC Regional Director in the near future.

The candidate should have the following experience:

- good connections within the IC industry with major Chinese consumer electronics and?distribution companies.

- good track record of being able to run a　sales organisation　of at least US $ 50,000,000 in sales.

- must be a coach player in mentality and able to command and lead all operational areas.

III) COUNTRY GENERAL MANAGER

We have been working with this client on and off for over 10 years. An International manufacturer of test and measurement equipment for industrial technological applications in the automotive, processing, and semiconductor industry is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to be responsible for the entire Japan operation. This is a CGM position. The company size is Euros 1.5 Billion.

Applicants should have a strong track record within either?the?aerospace, automotive,?semiconductor and industrial space. Strong bilingual communication is essential. Salary compensation will be approximately 16- 24milion JPY including incentive.
